Shipping and delivery

Delivery is only made to registered addresses; changing the delivery address is not possible.

If you have accidentally sent the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and we may be able to change it if we have not sent the package.

Orders are normally shipped from our warehouse the day after your order is placed. Normal delivery time is 2-5 working days, with the exception of custom-made items. Such as engagement and wedding rings that we are hired to make in our workshop. We will contact you if an item is delayed or missing.

The shipping cost is 59 SEK including VAT. Free shipping to agents for purchases over 500 SEK. Postage options are available before you complete your purchase.

The package will remain for 7 days. If the package is not picked up, you will be charged a fee of 150 SEK.

The goods are sent with PostNord and collected at PostNord's collection point. Your delivery will be notified via email or SMS depending on which option you chose at checkout. You must have a valid ID with you to collect your package. We can currently only deliver to customers in Sweden.
