    Each item is listed with a price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are listed in the shopping cart depending on the payment method chosen.

    The range at Royal Silvers in the E-commerce displays parts of our range but we are constantly adding new products. If you can't find what you are looking for online, you are always welcome to contact our customer service.

  • PRODUCT VIEW

    We cannot guarantee that the color of our products matches reality exactly because color reproduction may vary depending on your computer's screen settings.

  • GIFT WRAPPING

    Royal silver offers standard wrapping of the item so that the item is not damaged during delivery, but if you check the box for gift wrapping before you add your item to the shopping cart, we will then wrap your item so that it is ready to give as a gift.

    The cost of gift wrapping is SEK 29 per item.

  • ADDRESS CHANGE

    Delivery is only made to registered addresses; changing the delivery address is not possible.

  • DELIVERY TIME

    Orders are normally shipped from our warehouse the day after your order is placed. Normal delivery time is 2-5 working days,

  • RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

    For in-stock items purchased online, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you pick up your package. To exercise your right of withdrawal, the easiest way to contact Royal Silver is by sending an email.

  • 1. Right of withdrawal

    • According to the Distance Contracts Act , the customer has the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days if the goods were purchased remotely (for example, online).
    • Specify that jewelry that is specially ordered or personally engraved is not covered by the right of withdrawal,
  • 2. Return conditions

    • The jewelry must be unused and in its original packaging.
    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping or if the company covers the cost. and is responsible during and until the products have reached us safely, it is safest to send them to us with tracking. Note that jewelry may only be tried on.
    • The customer must contact the company before sending the product back. You do this at Royalsilver@royalsilver.se where you tell them that you want to make a return. In the email you need to write your name, address, email and the order number of your order. It is super important that you tell them exactly which products you want to make a return on and the reason for your return.

  • 3. Refund Policy

    • Refunds are made after an approved return. By law, refunds must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.
    • The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • 4. Exceptions

    jewelry that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. piercing jewelry),

    special orders, engraved products and repairs. are not covered by the right of withdrawal. but can be claimed if it is damaged.

  • Complaint

    If you somehow receive a product that is damaged or incorrectly shipped, you have the right to complain about the product.

  • Think about

    In the event of a complaint, we would like you to email us at Royalsilver@royalsilver.se immediately after discovering the damage or defect in the product.

    In the email, you should clearly state that this is a complaint and provide your name, address, email and order number. In the email, you should also describe the defect in your product.

  • We Help You

    We will fix the problem for you or provide you with a similar product, but if we are unable to do so, we will of course issue a full refund to the account you paid with. We will also cover the shipping costs once the complaint is approved.
